Rowing is becoming a more and more popular sport as the years go on, and with this popularity people are becoming more and more familiar with it and its terms. For those of you who don’t know rowing, the proper terminology for a rowing race is a regatta. Training for a regatta can be grueling, and one of the hardest things you have ever done in your life. You want to be sure you don’t leave any aspect of the training out, or you will have some serious issues in the middle of the race.
